CompliMate is the product name for the WHS compliance tools, training modules, templates, and guidance resources available at complimate.au. The business behind CompliMate is Keys to Succeed.
Keys to Succeed is an Australian small business specialising in workplace health and safety (WHS/OHS) compliance for small and medium businesses. CompliMate is our primary digital product, built to make compliance practical and affordable for Australian small businesses.

CompliMate is an educational and guidance tool. It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace professional WHS consulting where that is required by law or where your circumstances demand it.
Industry compliance packs are sold as one-off purchases in Australian dollars (AUD). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless you explicitly purchase one. After payment, access is granted immediately and you may download and use the materials for your business.
Purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Keys to Succeed does not store your payment card details.
Given the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once a pack has been accessed. If you have a genuine technical issue preventing access, contact us at hello@keystosucceed.com.au and we will work to resolve it.
CompliMate materials are licensed for use within your own business only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish CompliMate content without written permission from Keys to Succeed.
You agree not to use CompliMate for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
Keys to Succeed takes care to ensure CompliMate content is accurate, current, and aligned with Australian WHS/OHS legislation. However, WHS law varies by state and industry and changes over time. You remain responsible for ensuring your business meets its WHS obligations.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Keys to Succeed's liability for any claim arising out of use of CompliMate is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant pack.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are a consumer and our product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
Keys to Succeed may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new effective date. Continued use of CompliMate after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
